Officers have been appointed. The state government has set an annual income limit of Rs 8 lakh for the upper class to take advantage of the 10 per cent economic reserve.
The name of the officer who issued the certificate of 10 per cent reservation to the economically backward golden class has been announced in the resolution announced by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of the State Government. According to the circular, Mamlatdar and officials above Mamlatdar will be able to issue a certificate in this regard. Officers up to District Magistrate, Additional Collector, Collector and Mamlatdar have been empowered to issue this certificate.
Citizens are also given the right to appeal if the certificate is incorrect or the officer refuses to issue the certificate. According to which an appeal can be made to the above officer from the officer who has given the certificate. This appeal has to be disposed of within 90 days. The state government has issued a circular in this regard clearly setting a limit of Rs 8 lakh for family income.
