With reference to General Administration Department (1) dated 3/6/2018, the number of various posts from Class-I to Class-II under Director, Developing Caste Welfare and Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare has been determined and the vacancies to be filled by direct recruitment will be filled by direct recruitment.

  A ten-year recruitment calendar has been prepared for that.  The Sadarhu Calendar includes the posts of Director, Developing Caste Welfare and Assistant Teachers of the Secondary and Higher Secondary Department of the Adarsh ​​Residential School under the Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare.  



Gujarat State Secondary School Educational Staff Recruitment Selection Committee and Gujarat State Higher Secondary School Educational Staff  A selection committee has been formed.  Other functions as may be assigned by the Government from time to time may be assigned to the Committee as per Rule 5 (j) of the said Declaration.

Resolution: 

1. At the end of adult consideration, direct recruitment of Assistant Teachers of Secondary and Higher Secondary Department of Adarsh ​​Residential School under Director, Developing Caste Welfare and Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare through the Department of Education through the Department of Education.  It is thus decided to hand over the selection committee for recruitment.

 As well as direct recruitment will have to be advertised in newspapers and its preferences will be available online.  In the present recruitment, the selection of candidates and recruitment should be done in a very neutral and fair manner by strictly following the recruitment rules of the place and the existing policy instructions regarding the recruitment of the General Administration Department. 

 All administrative matters relating to solicitation of application from candidates, determination of free, verification and result etc. shall be conducted on the basis of recruitment of teachers of the Department of Education.  . 

 The recruitment selection committee will have to prepare a selection list / final result of the eligible candidates and send it to the Director, Developing Caste Welfare and the Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare.  Candidates selected by the Director, Developing Caste Welfare and the Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare shall be appointed on fixed salary for the first five years as per the provisions of the existing resolutions, circulars of the Finance Department and General Administration Department.
