RTE ADMISSION 2025
Under the RTE Act-2009, announcement of free admission to class-1 to children belonging to weaker and disadvantaged groups in the academic year 2025-26.
Under Section 12 (1) K of The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act-2009, Gujarat Government is implementing a plan to give free admission to children from weak and underprivileged groups to 25% in unaided private primary schools. Children who have completed six years as on 1-June-2025 and have the priority given below are eligible under this scheme in priority order.
Children with Mental Retardation/Cerebral Palsy, Children with Special Needs/Physically Handicapped and All Handicapped Children as mentioned in Section 34 (1) of the Handicapped Act-2016
(ART) Children receiving anti-retroviral therapy (ART) treatment
Children of military/paramilitary/police personnel martyred in the line of duty
A daughter whose parents have an only child and that child is only a daughter
Children studying in a government anganwadi owned by the state Goverment
Children of BPL families of all categories (SC, ST, SEBC, General and others) having 0 to 20 marks
Children belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories
Children of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes / Other Backward Classes / Nomadic and Freed Castes Children of Nomadic and Freed Castes shall be given first priority in admission.

Note
For children falling under priority (8), (9), (11), (12) and (13) income limit of Rs.1,20,000/- per annum in rural areas and Rs.1,50,000/- in urban areas will be applicable. Admission will be given on the basis of priority of category, priority of income, priority of school chosen by the parent etc.

Apply Online Form
To get admission, the parent of the child can fill the admission form on the website www.serve44tech.Com from 28/02/2025, Friday to 12/03/2025, Wednesday. All the necessary details about this, such as which supporting documents to be submitted along with the application, which officer to submit, have been placed on the website. Necessary period is kept between the admission announcement and the date of online application so that the applicant can collect the necessary supporting evidence and apply online within the time limit. At the time of filling the online form, the parent has to upload the original documents such as date of birth, proof of residence, caste/category, income statement from the competent authority, income tax return and self-declaration of non-taxable income (where applicable) in case the income tax return is not filled. The print of the online form should be kept by the guardian. The form filled online will not have to be deposited anywhere.
