Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation 


Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Corporation) invites online application forms from candidates for the preparation of selection list/waiting list for the following posts of direct recruitment (fixed salary). For this, candidates have to apply online on the website https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in during the period mentioned below. In which the candidate has to scan the photo 10 KB and signature 10 KB in size (photo size 5 cm. height and 3.6 cm. width and signature size 2.5 cm. height and 7.5 cm. width.) in jpg format and upload it in the application form.

 The applicant will have to upload his/her own photo and signature in the online application form, otherwise the application form will be rejected.

It is necessary for every candidate to read the detailed instructions / advertisement carefully before applying. Candidates should keep all the original certificates of their educational qualifications, age, gender, experience and other qualifications with them and fill the necessary details as mentioned in those certificates in the application form. So that the application will not be liable to be rejected due to incorrect details in the application.

A. Main Instructions--

1) The Corporation shall have the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of seats in the above advertisement.

2) The Corporation shall have the absolute right to change / amend the reserved seats mentioned in the advertisement as per the policy regarding roster system and the prescribed percentage.

3) If a candidate has filled more than one application form in this category, then only the last filled application form of such candidate will be considered and the remaining applications will be automatically considered as cancelled, regarding which the candidate will not be able to raise any dispute.

 4) In case any candidate has filled more than one application form and has made a mistake in spelling his/her name/father's/husband's name and surname in different application forms or has kept the space differently in the entry, in such a case, the same candidate will get more than one call letter against more than one application form, in such a case, the Optical Mark Reading (O.M.R) written examination will be eligible to take the Optical Mark Reading (O.M.R) written examination against the call letter with correct information as per the details of the I.D. proof by presenting the proof in person at the time of written examination. If there is any error/mistake in the details of the application form as per the I.D. proof, the Optical Mark Reading (O.M.R) examination will not be allowed.

Then, based on the merit list, candidates will be called for document verification at a rate of 1.5 (per seat) per vacancy or

candidates will be called simultaneously/in phases as per the requirement of the corporation and a provisional select list/waiting list will be prepared from them as per the requirement.
