Free Ship Card For SC/STCategory Students


The Government of India has implemented a Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Scheduled Caste Students with the letter No. (1) read above by the Government of India.  In order to implement this scheme, the said office has submitted a proposal to the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment regarding giving instructions to the self-reliant institutions under the Department of Education as per the letter of the Director, Scheduled Caste No. (2) read above.  Rate on the file of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment No. 3 above for giving instructions to give admission to the Scheduled Caste students who have got admission in the self-reliant institutions on the basis of the guarantee form given by the District Backward Classes Welfare Officer.  In view of this, the proposal to give instructions to the self-reliant institutions related to education was under consideration of the Government.  K. Row: 1, taking into account the above circumstances and the proposal of the Government of India as well as the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment. 

 Since the free sheep card issued by the District Backward Classes Welfare Officer has been issued to them, all the self-reliant institutions under the Education Department are hereby informed to admit such students in the self-reliant institutions under the Education Department under the guarantee free sheep card given by the District Backward Classes Welfare Officer.  Conditions: In case of students eligible for Fee Ship Card under the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme sponsored by the Government of India for Scheduled Caste students, the District Backward Classes Welfare Officer will have to take adequate care and issue free Ship Card to the eligible students as per all the criteria as per Government of India scheme.  These instructions of the Department of Education will remain in force for as long as the scheme of the Government of India is in force.  It will then have to be considered an automatic cancellation.

  After the commencement of the academic session in the self-reliant institutions affiliated to the Department of Education, the students of Scheduled Castes who will be eligible for Free Ship Card under the Government of India Sponsored Post Matric Scholarship Scheme have been issued free Ship Card.  The same amount will have to be returned to the student considering the guarantee.
